Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with HerbalAyurveda.in. We aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

• You received a damaged, leaked, or defective product.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product delivered is expired.

Note: Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, returns for opened, used, or partially consumed items are not accepted.

2. Return Request Window

All return or refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this timeframe will not be eligible.

3. Proof Required

To process your return, you must provide:

• Clear unboxing video (mandatory).
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
• Order ID and registered mobile number.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to customer misuse
• Items purchased during clearance sale
• Personal care items (if seal is broken)

5. Refund Policy

If your return request is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 5–7 business days after product pickup and verification.
• In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

6. Replacement Policy

Replacement will be provided only for the same product and quantity that was ordered, subject to availability. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

7. Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If free shipping was applied, standard shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
